Translations

Specialisation

One of the key factors in choosing a translator for the client is their knowledge of the topic to be translated. Owing to my narrower specialisation, I have better understanding of the issues, can focus on every detail, and provide a good quality translation.

Official (Sworn) Translations

As a duly sworn translator, listed on the list of experts, interpreters and translators managed by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak republic, I also provide sworn translations that are stamped and tied to the original document.

Automotive Industry and Engineering

The technology is full of jargon and requires thorough knowledge. I started my career as an in-house translator at an engineering company, where I gradually got deeper into the secrets of technology. I also gained an extensive experience during my freelancing, so I am very confident in the technologies.

Marketing

If you are thinking of expanding to another country, you cannot do it without translations. When working with marketing materials, it is most important to have a good feel for the language, therefore I always adhere to the cultural specifics, and use localisation, that way your text has a soul and sounds natural and engaging.

Localisation

Software localization is perhaps the most specific area of translation. In addition to a foreign language, the translator must also speak the language of the programmer. Testing is also an important part of localisation – and I consider it a standard.

Law

In legal texts, every word matter, and even one error can completely change the meaning of a sentence. As a translator, I have a thorough knowledge of legal terminology in both languages which is affirmed by being a duly sworn translator, listed on the list of experts, interpreters and translators managed by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak republic.

How it works?

What you need to know when requesting translation

1

Type of Text

Each text has its own specifics and requires a different approach, terminology, and style. Firstly, I need to know what text I have to translate and what is its purpose. You can send me an extract from the text or the entire text, so I can do my own assessment.

2

Tailor-made Pricing

After the text assessment, I will prepare a quote that takes into account the subject of the text, its scope and also the deadline. After agreeing and discussing the details, I can get to work.

3

Required format

The translated document will be delivered in the desired format with the same layout as the original.
